Spiritual Sunday "Faithful"

Charlotte and Ginger host Spiritual Sundays. To join in..post and add your name at http://bloggerspirit.blogspot.com/

The man  smiled and pointed, "Over there. See them?" I turned to look. There in the far corner of the lake...baby blueherons. Two of them. Their mom flew overhead, her wings outstretched, graceful and confident. Seeing them, I felt my heart filling with peace....a contentement that came from knowing it was a sign from Him.....reminding me He's in control no matter what happens...good or bad....He's there for always. And even though I blow it sometimes...and mess up....there's nothing I can do that would ever push Him away.

Knowing He runs with me...that I'm not running alone anymore...that I don't need to keep fighting to survive....has taken the edge off. What I've found out...He really is always faithful!

From the moment my life began You have been faithful.

That's a great picture of the heron, and a beautiful video and song. I, too, felt like God was encouraging me when we saw a great blue heron twice last year. I took so many pictures and was getting wet with the rain, but praising God for letting me know here is here!

Soaking it all in sister...His faithfulness is what strengthens me to keep going on...Looking at the beautiful creations in the video and I was just thinking, if we think those are awesome yet they don't last...what more with what awaits that "lasts?" Unimaginable...Have a great weekend sister and God bless you always and protect you.

I feel special just to getting reminders from you every time. When times are tough and I feel alone...I am not. :) This gives me peace.

Hi Sarah,

God always lifts me up. Thanks for remidning us that God is always with us. He sure saved me. I was in the hospital for a week and He was my rock. I don't think I could have slept through the night with out Him. Nature is awesome too. It's neat how God talks through it to us. Great Post.

Hugs with blessings,
Amanda

Our lives would be so much easier, healthier and happier if we all would just listen and walk with God.....sometimes I find we take something easy and make it very hard. Life can be hard for us Christians as well but we are so blessed to have God ease our burdens.....;-)Hugs
