Thankful Thursday

Linking with Cami at Thankful Thursday

"Love is not a because, it's a no matter what." Jodi Picoult

There are people that have come and gone in my life.....some died....others moved across the country....a few just left.

Some stayed....and journeyed with me through all the ups and downs. They stayed through the good...the bad and the in betweens. These are the people that have become family...my forever people.

I discovered something about these forever people...their life journeys have become mine...their struggles and pain...also mine. Their joys and triumphs....yep....mine too.

So this Thursday....

-I'm most grateful for all the forever people.....some gone....some living around the corner....some right here in cyberspace.....all of them phenomenal people.
-Finished my novel, Dancing Softly. It's now in the review and edit stage. Once done....on to publication. Can't wait.Yeahhhh.
-Watching fireworks with friends at the lake. The night was perfect...the sights spectacular. A definite WoW evening.
-The city and community where I live. People here are friendly, giving, caring. Someone told me we were voted one of the best places to live in the country. I believe that.
-That He is a definite forever...always there in my corner...helping me live my best life...teaching me to forgive...let go...move on...to give back....and to live my life with gratitude.

I love that!! I, too am thankful for my forever people, and even more for the ultimate Forever One.

This is one of my favorite Thankful Thursdays that you have done.

Hi Nikki,
I like Thursdays because I get to come and see what you have posted.

I don't have many forever people in my life but I am thankful for the ones I do have. Jesus is of course, my very best Forever Friend I will ever have.

Enjoyed your post very much and like you, I like to live my life with gratitude. Enjoy your day, my friend.

Blessings,
Sandi

I have those too in my life, forever people, that's a lovely way to call them. Like friends who will stay in your heart forever, whether near or far. Congrats on your new book, I am sure it is beautiful. What's the latest about the man who stole your manuscript?

Keeping you in my prayers...
Lidia

I have been away from so long that I missed many of your posts which I just read now. I don't know how this came about with the preacher and how he took your manuscript. In my opinion what is yours belongs to you and you should fight for it. You are not being stubborn, you are learning to stand up for yourself
