Connections

Linking up with Charlotte at  Spiritual Sunday  and Laura at Brag On Friday

“The world will give you that once in awhile, a brief timeout; the boxing bell rings and you go to your corner, where somebody dabs mercy on your beat-up life.” Sue Monk Kidd

Today...just wanted to say to all of you who stop by here.....and leave comments that always makes me feel good.....and who share your hearts on your blogs.....that always encourages me....Thank-you.

Blogging has given me so much......a door to meet amazing people around the world......connections with some of the best people ever......and a neat community of love, kindness and totally caring people. The neat thing - we're all different.....our ages, geographical locations, even how our lives play out. Yet there's a common bond.  You guys light up my world. I'm blown away by all of this.

So guys....thank-you for letting me into your world and being a part of mine.

Love isn't love until you give it away.

Oh totally agree...and your first quote how true..I think blogging and reading blogs has been just that, the boxer going to his corner to have balm put on his wounds..that is what the blog world does for me!!

Applauding...so true, and thank you for allowing me to come here for some of that balm

Your welcome. Blogging actually changed my life 3 years ago. I don't know where I would be today if I hadn't found it!

It's neat to know that truly it doesn't matter where we are...Where His love is...the bond is strong. Thank you for your encouragement, prayers and friendship. I love that song and so true about God's love...It's meant to be given away, not kept to ourselves. Have a great weekend.

Thank you for sharing these thoughts. Blogging and reading other's blogs, is I believe a tool Our Lord uses with us all. It is His On Line Body of Christ.

Thank you for all your share

I, too, am amazed at the beautiful blogger hearts online. I've been off line and it feels good to get back in the ring, take a few blows in life and be encouraged and lifted up by friends. I appreciate your friendship, Sarah!

Amen! When God spoke of casting our nets, He might also have been referring to the power of the 'Net to draw believers together and witness to those around the globe! May God bless you and your blogging ministry!

I could not have said it better myself. I've been so frustrated with computer issues and blogger issues last week, and now with all the changes out there, I'm sorely tempted to throw in the blog towel.

One thing I know: No matter what happens with my own blog, I would never want to step away from the community of bloggers as a reader and friend. I have communed with some of my favorite kindred souls living in this little box.

I feel exactly the same way you do. I had no idea when I started blogging what it would lead to. Now I can't imagine my life without it and all the wonderful people I've gotten acquainted with especially through Spiritual Sundays.
Blessings,
Charlotte
