Spiritual Sunday "Miracles"

Charlotte and Ginger host these awesome weekly Spiritual Sundays. To join in post and add your name.

"To be alive, to be able to see, to walk, to have houses, music, paintings - it's all a miracle." Arthur Rubinstein.

Miracles.....they`re real....I know they are. They happen..even to people like me.
Miracles... no one can explain when the things that seemed impossible change... and become the thing you longed for.
Miracles....maybe it's holding on....never letting go - wandering around in complete blackness....not sure where to step....and it seems like it's no use...nobody hears...nothing helps....and there is seemingly no solution...
Miracles....Half-heartedly....without much confidence....you throw out a challenge...God if you're really there...if you do hear...show me!
Miracles....you stop believing. You barely expect an answer....and just when you almost completely give up....

He shows up on the scene....like a knight on a wild steed...and turns the impossible into that longed for miracle.....

I believe in miracles. I believe He can do the impossible. Everytime I look in the mirror...Everytime I experience the warmth and love of family and friends...Everytime I walk the streets...and look into the eyes of someone who is where I was.....my heart skips a beat...`cause I know....the One who touched me....and gave me a miracle ....is ready to do the same for anyone else who dares to believe.

Many nights we prayed with no proof anyone could hear.....There can be miracles when you believe...though hope is frail...it`s hard to kill.

What a powerful post today! God is so good at figuring out what we need vs. what we want. It is awesome when we realize that He is the Master of all.

Loved the video. Two of my favorite singers together is incredible. This song really touched my heart.

Thank you for always sharing your testimony with all of us.

Love your taste in music, Sarah! I'm energized to believe in miracles and to wait on the Lord's timing for them (that's a big one, huh?)

I like that song. I, also, believe in miracles. Mariah Carey is pregnant, and having twins, I think! She is experiencing a double miracle!

I always had belief for everyone...but me. It wasn't until about 5 years ago, after reading a Beth Moore book "Believing God" That it really sunk in...to believe his promises for me. He still amazes me with the miracles I have seen and experienced!! He's a mountain moving, miracle working, chain breaking, awe inspiring God! Waiting for us to believe!!
Love ya,
Julie

God does work miracles in our lives...we need only open our eyes to them and see them all around us, in us, and through us. Beautiful post, Sarah.

When you mentioned "miracle", that took me back to those pages when you described how He healed you instantly while you were in ER. It was a miracle indeed! And I'm glad you continue to share His wonderful touch of healing among those hurting, among those who feel like they are at the end of their ropes. God bless you and protect you and your family always sister!

Hi Nikki!

I popped over from Miss D's blog! I really like your blog, I like this post in particular. I love miracles... I don't ordinarily experience the burning bush, parting the sea kind of miracle.. but I keep a journal in my purse of mini miracles... things that happen every day .. when the world just seems to spin in my direction and surprise me! I'm a big fan of miracles, and the mini ones are so fun to look for!

great post! I'm so grateful to Miss D! for introducing us!

have a most excellent day!
