Still Thankful...

Sonya has taken a blogging break so for now won't be doing Thankful Thursdays. I want to post anyways....because He lives....because He fills my heart.....takes away the fear....takes away the doubts....the anger....the hurts....the sadness - and fills me with hope. Trusting Him, having Him in my corner does something to me that nothing else can.....

Mary at http://asplendidadventure.blogspot.com/ paints. In her last post....her picture of a heart with red lines falling through it and the word Life written across.....shouts to me of God's heart...the blood of Christ....His death....for my sins....giving life.

Today....I'm thankful for life....for freedom....for His Light that shines in the darkness....for Him giving my life a purpose.....and most of all....for God showing me I have value and worth.

Awesome post.

I just want to tell you...my link was messed up to send people to Mary's interview with you. The enemy will not let this go. I am even more determined to help direct people to your interview. You have a powerful message. I have fixed the link and pray GOD sends all those who need to read it there.
Hugs,
andrea

I love how all the things you're thankful for apply to each of us - God is our loving Father who looks after His kids. Thanks so much for this post, it's beautiful!

Hi Sarah,

Your blog is one of my favorites. Yes, I thank God to for Freedom from the darkness. I was wondering if you can pray for my Dad, he is going though a dark period of the soul. He goes to church, but sleeps when the minsiter preaches. We have communion in our chruch and he doesn't take it. His name is Bob. I know people like you and I can understand dark periods of the soul. Thanks for posting. Hope friend is taking a break from blogging for a good reason, like I hope she not sick or anything.

Hugs,
Amanda
