Walking, jogging and running are the most popular sports as we need nothing but our feet; no device like in cycling, no special place like in swimming.

I do quite a lot of walking. I used to do a bit of running too, but as I advance in age, running becomes unexpected and even dangerous.I don't see myself taking part in some marathon. I'm happy to be able to do my little part individually according to my own physical ability.DUTAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12979375799258978432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4966292221486788658.post-70975488990204195362017-05-11T17:05:58.885-07:002017-05-11T17:05:58.885-07:00"Here's to all runners, the visible and i..."Here's to all runners, the visible and invisible. Here's to those who make a difference in the lives of others who haven't yet overcome their struggles. Here's to those who reach out and reach back to give hope. Hope you have a good week.Conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03865193802444007545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4966292221486788658.post-67053811500023927302017-05-11T06:40:07.983-07:002017-05-11T06:40:07.983-07:00What a great post, Nikki! My husband's family ...What a great post, Nikki! My husband's family are all runners. My hubby ran for years including marathons and he has the ribbons and medals to prove it. But there is nothing like a runner who runs quietly, be it breast cancer or another debilitating disease. They are the heroes; the visible and invisible. I have never laced up myself but I know what it is like to run this race of life. Right now the race is hard and there are a few hills to master but God is running beside me so I know I will make it. My hope is not in a doctor's diagnosis but in God who is from everlasting to everlasting and who teaches us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Here's to all the runners out there!

Blessings,
SandiSandi@ Rose Chintz Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17415214311003251398noreply@blogger.com
